Built in 1918, Coniston Homestead is nestled on the edge of Ashburton amongst well-established, private gardens.
The homestead has recently been renovated to provide four guest rooms:
The Queen's Room
- 1 queen ensuite bedroom with TV, which opens to verandah - perfect for honeymooners
The King's Room
- 1 super-king bedroom with ensuite and TV
The Prince's Room
- Twin bedroom with ensuite, spa bath.
The Princess's Room
- 1 queen ensuite bedroom.
All rooms contain hair dryers, toiletries, heated floors and towel rails, demist mirrors and bathrobes, cotton bed linen, fresh flowers.
Phone and email available. Full breakfast provided. Guest kitchenette, guest dining room, guest lounge with open fire, TV , games, books and writing desk. Laundry available. Children over 10 years welcome. On-site parking. Helicopter access.
Continental and cooked breakfasts are served in the formal dining room or alfresco on the guest verandahs, looking out into the garden. Just ring the servants' bell and your breakfast will be served. Dinner is available at Ashburton restaurants nearby.
